  • What do I need to bring to the training program?

    Our training are designed to be a stand-alone experience and do not require participants to bring anything to the training other than an open mind and willingness to learn.

  • Do I get a copy of the slides for the training I take?

    No, but all participants will get training related material via email after the delivery of the training program.

  • Do you provide after training support?

    Our training are designed to offer you the tools and techniques you need to go back to the office and start making an impact immediately. However, our Training Post-Care (TPC) gauges the level of training impact where over a period of three months post training, our trainers and the participants have an open channel to discuss learning, on job applications and real life work place issues.

  • Is there a minimum number of days for a corporate training program?

    Minimum Advantedge onsite training programs can be a half day session in length, but it entirely depends on the type of training and the number of participants.

  • How much does your training cost?

  • I can’t find the training I’m interested in. What do I do now?

  • What skills, talents and experiences do your trainers have?

    There are two types of trainers: those who preach, and those who practice. We like the latter. Our trainers have the experience and passion and constantly work towards empowering themselves and others.

  • How do I measure the success of the training?

    We regularly say to our clients, “if you can’t measure it, don’t do it”. Training in particular must achieve a demonstrable return on your investment. Before the training we will ask you what success looks like. We will benchmark what you are currently achieving, and give you some realistic advice on what you can expect post training. Through measuring these KPI’s, you will be able to see the effectiveness of the training.
